Cancellations
The order can be canceled by customer request within 48 hours of purchase with full refund.
If the cancellation is issued when the item is already made, we refund 75% of the item's cost because of the time put into making the item.
No cancellations accepted if we have already dispatched the item/s.
Refunds and Returns and Exchanges
Within 14 days from the delivery date you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received the items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days if:
