Yes, the customer will be responsible of any duties and taxes. 

We are also super eager for you to have your new product, however, we do make all of our products to order and we need between 10-15 days to manufacture them.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use ONLY the highest grade VEGAN leather, because we know that these products must be very sturdy and withstand a lot of force at times. 

Our products are made right here, in the heart of England - Coventry. 

All of our items are wrapped in black tissue paper. Then placed in a black luxury magnetic box with a 'Thank You!' on top. The box is then placed in a gray postal envelope without any markings on it. Just a simple address label. 

Cancellations are excepted within 1 day of order. If a customer makes a cancellation request 2 days or more after ordering, the refund will be only 50%, because of re-stocking fees.
